Our filter driers feature 3A molecular sieves (water absorption ≥ 20%) combined with an activated carbon layer to effectively capture both moisture and acid from the refrigerant circuit. We use argon arc welding to ensure leak-free joints under high pressure.
To ensure high quality, each production run undergoes extensive verification testing. Samples are subjected to high and low temperature tests from -35°C to 75°C for 500 hours, thermal shock tests from 10°C to 90°C, and damp heat tests for 500 hours. The final sheet assemblies are completed with a 24-hour aging process, and our smart products are verified using a 100V high-voltage breakdown test.
