China Low Temp Aluminum Brazing Rods for Aluminum Projects - China Suppliers & Factory Quality Manufacturers, Manufacturer
Taojun series aluminum brazing alloys are premium filling materials tailored for aluminum and aluminum alloy components. Manufactured in China, our factory utilizes a precise optimization of elements like silicon (Si) and magnesium (Mg) to create an ideal blend that ensures a low melting point, exceptional strength, and outstanding corrosion resistance. As leading suppliers in the industry, we provide solutions suitable for automobiles, refrigeration equipment, and various other applications, ensuring permanent connections with superior air tightness and remarkable thermal conductivity. Choose our aluminum brazing alloys for reliable performance and quality
Usually aluminum (Al) is used as the matrix, and alloy elements such as silicon (Si), copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), and magnesium (Mg) are added to reduce the melting point and improve performance.
Advantages
① Low operating temperature: much lower than most similar products (387℃), which can repair and manufacture a wider range of aluminum and other non-ferrous metal parts.
② Low melting point: around 420℃, the typical brazing alloy melting point is 500-640℃, good fluidity, strong hardness and toughness.
③ Super strong bonding strength: 39,000 psi tensile strength and 60,000 - 75,000 psi compressive strength provide your repair or manufacturing every time stronger than the parent material.
④ No Flux Required: Suitable for aluminum, aluminum alloys, die casting, bronze, nickel, titanium, zinc, copper, brass and most non-ferrous metals (non-magnetic), weld quickly and easily with any handheld welding gun (Oxyacetylene, Mapp, Map/Pro or propane).
Appliance
① Welding of copper and aluminum wires in radiators, motors, batteries, and household appliances.
② Welding of aluminum and copper tubes in condensers/evaporators in refrigerators and air conditioners.
③ Welding of aluminum wires and copper joints, copper bars, and aluminum foil in transformers and reactors.
④ Recasting and welding of aluminum parts for the second time when they are missing or worn over a large area.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the matrix material of these low-temperature brazing rods?
These rods primarily use aluminum (Al) as the matrix. Alloying elements such as silicon (Si), copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), and magnesium (Mg) are added to optimize performance and lower the melting point.
What are the melting and operating temperatures?
The operating temperature is 387℃, which is significantly lower than most similar products. The melting point is around 420℃, offering excellent fluidity, hardness, and toughness compared to standard brazing alloys that melt at 500-640℃.
Is flux required during the welding process?
No flux is required. These rods allow you to weld quickly and easily with any standard handheld welding torch, including Oxyacetylene, Mapp, Map/Pro, or propane.
Which metals can be repaired with these brazing rods?
They are suitable for aluminum, aluminum alloys, die casting, bronze, nickel, titanium, zinc, copper, brass, and most other non-magnetic non-ferrous metals.
Can I order custom sizes for my project?
Yes. While our standard diameters range from 0.8mm to 2.0mm, other custom sizes can be manufactured based on specific customer requirements.
What is the bonding strength of the low-temperature aluminum welding rods?
The rods provide a super strong bonding strength with a tensile strength of 39,000 psi and a compressive strength of 60,000 to 75,000 psi, ensuring repairs are stronger than the parent material.
