Taojun has specialized in refrigeration parts for 38 years. Our core range includes filter driers, access valves, and condensers. Specifically, TAOJUN copper filter driers are designed to absorb moisture and acid, and to filter out impurities. Normally they are installed as a primary component and replaced as a repair part for both domestic and commercial refrigerators and freezers.
Our roll bonded evaporators are manufactured utilizing two sheets of high-grade aluminum (AA1060 or AA1070 for 99.6%+ purity). The silk-screen process prints a customized flow channel pattern using a specialized stop-weld ink. Under high-pressure rolling (typically 350-450°C), atomic bonding occurs on the unprinted interface, leaving the printed channel design ready for hydraulic inflation.
We supply both single-side and double-side inflated roll bonded evaporators to Portuguese OEM partners. Single-side configurations offer a completely flat rear surface, allowing for direct contact with the refrigerator cabinet liner to maximize conductive heat transfer.
