Located in the scenic coastal city of Xiangshan, Ningbo, Ningbo Taojun Refrigeration Equipment Co., Ltd. was established in 1988. Our journey began as the Xiangshan Refrigeration Accessories Factory, established in technical partnership with the prestigious Zhejiang University. For over three decades, we have evolved into an enterprise integrating advanced thermal engineering, OEM/ODM production, and worldwide commercial distribution.

Modern commercial and residential HVAC/R designs operate under strict global regulatory frameworks such as the F-Gas regulation in Europe and EPA Section 608 in the USA. These frameworks demand transition to low-GWP (Global Warming Potential) refrigerants such as R32, R290 (propane), and CO2 (R744). These refrigerants exhibit higher working pressures and require enhanced heat transfer efficiency to maintain COP (Coefficient of Performance) ratings.

A refrigeration circuit is only as reliable as its joints. The junction of copper piping with dissimilar metals, such as stainless steel heat exchangers or aluminum evaporator tubes, presents galvanic corrosion risks and mechanical stress zones under continuous thermal cycling.
To address this, Taojun designs and supplies specialized silver-phosphorus brazing rods (5%, 10%, 15% silver alloy options). Silver addition lowers the liquidus temperature, increases joint ductility, and enhances penetration behavior into capillary gaps. Additionally, our automated argon-arc welding stations ensure gas-tight hermetic seals, and our helium mass spectrometer leak detection system tests each assembly under high-pressure conditions to achieve a zero-leak performance target.
To sustain supply chain reliability for multinational partners like Haier, Midea, Gree, Whirlpool, and Electrolux, Taojun enforces strict process validation. Incoming raw material testing includes copper spectrographic purity analysis and microscopic wall thickness inspection.
