Founded in 1988, its predecessor was Xiangshan Refrigeration Accessories Factory of Zhejiang University. Brazing remains the primary joining method for heavy-duty refrigeration networks, compressor lines, and commercial HVAC systems. In these environments, joint failure causes refrigerant leaks, leading to environmental penalties and compressor burnouts. As a leading brass brazing alloy supplier, Ningbo Taojun delivers alloys designed for capillary efficiency, wetting speed, and structural tenacity.
Commonly used for joining copper-to-copper lines. The phosphorus content acts as a self-fluxing agent, avoiding corrosive residue. Taojun's proprietary extrusion ensures uniform phosphorus distribution to eliminate joint brittleness.
Adding silver lowers the liquidus temperature and improves joint ductility. Essential for connection joints subjected to vibration, structural flexing, and significant thermal shock profiles (such as compressor exit valves).
In strict compliance with EU RoHS and REACH regulations, all of Taojun's brass and silver brazing rods are 100% cadmium-free, safeguarding operator health while meeting international environmental import criteria.
During the construction of filter driers, the copper shell is joined using specialized brazing. If temperature parameters are inaccurate, zinc within the brass fittings can vaporize, causing pinhole voids. Ningbo Taojun prevents this by using precision-engineered alloys that maintain a narrow "mushy range" (the temperature difference between solidus and liquidus states), resulting in rapid capillary draw and a fully sealed joint.

In 2012, Ningbo Taojun Refrigeration Equipment Co., Ltd. was established, creating the brand "Taojun" condensers, "Taojun" stop valves and other series of products. Over the years, it has established partnerships with well-known domestic and foreign home appliance enterprises such as Haier, Xinfei, Midea, Gree, Whirlpool, Electrolux, and Huarui. TAOJUN copper filter driers are designed to absorb moisture and acid, and to filter out impurities. Normally installed as a system component and replaced as a repair part for both domestic and commercial refrigerators and freezers.
Our core manufacturing equipment is imported directly from Germany, providing micron-level precision during drawing, machining, and tube bending operations.
We maintain 15 dedicated engineers in our core R&D center. The team features doctorates and research professors from the University of Science and Technology of China.

Our ITO film (featuring zero shrinkage and color variation) and liquid crystal spacers are sourced from Japan. Adhesives are sourced from Europe. Liquid crystal temperature range is 70°C; protective films resist high temperatures between 80-90°C.
Every product undergoes high and low temperature exposure testing at 75°C and -35°C for 500 hours; 10°C to 90°C thermal shock testing for 30 minutes; damp heat testing for 500 hours; and moisture baking. Smart films undergo 24-hour aging and a 100V high-voltage insulation test.
